Heart & Stroke is pleased to announce the appointment of Archana Gelda Kumar as senior vice president, constituent experience, data and innovation.
“Having Archana as part of our executive team will be a huge asset as we continue to advance the high-impact initiatives that advance our long-term mission goals,” says Doug Roth, CEO at Heart & Stroke. “Since joining our team in April of 2024 as lead, strategic initiatives, Archana has already driven impressive and tangible change for the organization by finding new ways to innovate in many of our key priority areas.
In her role as senior vice president, Archana is responsible for providing advisory support to the executive team and various teams across the organization on how to use data and cutting-edge technology most effectively to support business decisions, scale mission products, empower employees and deepen engagement with our constituents.

Prior to joining Heart & Stroke, Archana worked for Bain & Company, a global consultancy firm, where she was expert associate partner and advised clients on customer strategy, digital transformation, agile innovation and leadership development. She holds a master of business administration from The Wharton School.
