One form, zero confusion.

In reviewing the new instructor onboarding process, we quickly learned that we needed a single clear and consistent application and evaluation process. One harmonized application form will now be available through the instructor candidate's own online account - each candidate is accountable for completing and submitting it along with a $55 application fee. This triggers the onboarding process, and gives you access to the form so you can evaluate the candidate's suitability. It’s win-win for everyone: the candidate clearly understands expectations and selection criteria; you are freed up from many administrative details. We are excited to be able to refine this process to help identify and support high-quality candidates who are a good fit as potential instructors, no matter where they reside across the country.
