Your new portal account is your home base for everything you need to know about your Heart & Stroke training history, completion cards, CME credits and more. We want your visit to the portal to be informative and complete so you can quickly find when you need to refresh, recertify or easily retrieve course completion e-cards.
To ensure and protect the privacy of your account, our new portal requires a distinct email address for every user. This will not be a concern for most users, but if you or your students share an email address with another user (for example, spouses are both students and share an email address on the portal), these accounts must be updated with one email address for each individual user. Please check your account and update if needed and notify others who you believe may be currently sharing an email address on the portal.
What’s the timeline? You can start now, by checking your own profile on the current portal to make sure your email address is correct and unique. Please encourage your students to do the same. Our new portal will go live mid-summer: accounts that are not linked to a single unique email address will be disabled.
