Harmonizing two unique portals into one new one has allowed us to ease some of the administrative work currently done by master instructors (MIs) in Quebec. In addition to now offering automated eCards, MIs will no longer need to pre-approve new course postings. We’ve removed this extra step but maintained the ability to monitor courses and instructors’ activity so MIs can focus on valuable mentorship, quality assurance and coaching elements of their role. Instructors will gain time to plan and deliver courses with the assurance that their MI is still available to provide ongoing coaching and oversight.
We have developed a tool on our portal to maximize this MI - instructor relationship, helping each to maximize their time and energy while still allowing flexibility in delivering top-notch training. We look forward to hearing your feedback when the portal launches this summer!
