Lunch Salad with Avocado Jalapeno Dressing

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Step 1

    In a small bowl, mash avocado with fork until smooth. Stir in jalapeño peppers and cilantro. Add vinegar until combined; set aside.
  2. Step 2

    In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with avocado dressing to coat. Divide among 2 dinner plates. Top each salad with turkey and tomatoes. Add cucumbers if desired.
