Mocha fruit bircher muesli
Bircher muesli has been a go-to breakfast for generations. But if oats soaked overnight doesn’t sound like your culinary style, try this modern twist including cocoa nibs for a tasty start to your day.

Step 1
In a bowl, stir together oats, oat bran, almonds, sunflower seeds, flax, cocoa nibs and powder, cinnamon and instant coffee, if using. Add apple and yogurt and stir until well combined (mixture will be thick). Cover and refrigerate overnight. -
Step 2
In the morning, stir the muesli and divide among 4 bowls. Top each with fruit and drizzle with milk if desired before enjoying.
